Laura Robinson is a founding partner of Gillies & Robinson. Her practice focuses on estate planning, business, real estate and contracts.
Our estate planning services include developing a plan for the management of your assets during life and the efficient and effective distribution of your wealth after death. Your estate plan will be designed specifically for you to address your unique and special needs. In doing so, we draw upon the entirety of the firm’s disciplines and coordinate with you and your advisors, including accounting, insurance, investment banking and trust professionals, in an efficient and cost-effective manner. We understand these issues are very personal to you, making privacy and confidentiality one of our top priorities.
We also represent individuals, businesses, and institutions in all aspects of business and real estate transactions, including entity selection and formation, acquisitions and dispositions, development & structuring, leasing, construction and development contracts, financing, opinion letters and various other real estate and business transactions. We also provide services covering a wide range of formation, financing, operation, acquisition and disposition, and much more. We advise clients on a wide array of business decisions and draw upon the firm’s other disciplines when appropriate to guide clients through complex and diverse transactions.
Laura also has extensive experience in general civil litigation, representing both plaintiffs and defendants, in a variety of commercial and business contexts, including real estate, employment, breach of contract, professional liability, personal injury, insurance and other general civil litigation.
Laura Robinson is also a California license real estate broker and notary public.
